How do I receive my Access Pass Premium discounts on Lids Hat Drop?

There are two ways to receive your Access Pass Premiums discount on Lids Hat Drop. You can either create a new account on Lids Hat Drop using the same email assigned to your Access Pass Premium Account or you can enter your email in the Contact Information section of the checkout process. Your 20% discount will automatically be applied to all items in your cart! 

We encourage all LHD customers to create a new account on the site. This will create the quickest checkout experience for future drops.

How do I use Access Pass Rewards on Lids Hat Drop?

At this time, Access Pass Rewards are not redeemable on Lids Hat Drop. 

Do you offer free shipping?

At this time, we are not offering free shipping. We charge a flat rate of $10 for standard ground shipping within the US. We offer expedited shipping at the current market rate.

Do you ship to Canada? 

Yes, we now offer shipping to Canada. This option is through USPS which will calculate the price of shipping. Typically, it is available from $10-$20 with a delivery time of 7-21 days.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation after you place an order than includes a tracking number. Please use the carrier’s website to track your order.

How do I return an item?

Returned items must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original packing slip, stating your order number, customer address, and itemized packing list. Lids does not provide shipping labels for returns. Customers can choose their desired carrier and ship their order to the below address:

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns for product in its original condition within 30 days from the date you received your order. If an item is returned after that 30 day window, Lids has the right to refuse your return and not refund your order. Additionally, all returns must contain the original packing slip, stating your order number, customer address, and itemized packing list.

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow our guidelines for returns:
Please confirm your items are eligible for return (Final sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange).

  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be honored.
  • Returns must include original packing slip or receipt with order number in shipment 
  • The merchandise must be in its original condition and unworn.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges on custom-made or special order items, undergarments, or sale merchandise. These types of sales are final.
  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.

Can I return items at a Lids store? 

At this time, purchases on Lids Hat Drop cannot be returns in a Lids store. Please reference the return policy and instructions.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed Sunday through Thursday typically leave our distribution center within 48 hours of the order bring placed. For orders placed Friday or Saturday, orders will typically leave our distribution center within 72 hours of being ordered. If orders are placed prior to or on a holiday, additional time may be required to process the order.

How do I modify or cancel an order?

Our goal is to get your items to you as quick as possible. That means that the minute you place an order, we begin our fulfillment process. Because of that, once your order has been placed, the order cannot be modified or cancelled. Once received, you will need to return your order through our standard returns process.

How many hats can I purchase at one time?

You are able to purchase as many products and quantities as are available. So purchase quickly, as quantities are only available while they last!

How do I return a gift?

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, we will be happy to give you a gift certificate for the amount of the returned item. You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 120 days from your item's ship date.

Can I use Lids Gift Cards on Lids Hat Drop?

At this time, Lids gift cards CANNOT be used on Lids Hat Drop.
