Complete a return - Click the Initiate Return button above and follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the Order Number and Shipping Zipcode fields.
  2. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and specify the reason(s).
  3. Pack your item(s) in a box. You do not have to use the original box.
  4. Print out the label provided in your return confirmation email and send back your item(s) within 30 days. *Canada returns will not have a label generated – you will need to provide one.

Make sure to only use our pre-paid return labels so we can track your order.

Separate orders should be returned separately with the coordinating return label. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than the one provided to you through Lids Hat Drop.

Return Policy

We want to make shopping online as trouble free as shopping in a store. For this reason, we have made our Return Policy very simple.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to decide if you want to keep it or return it. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in re-sellable condition: item must be clean and brims of hats must be unaltered and unbent (hats must be returned in a box, not an envelope).  If pins are included with the purchase of a hat, the hat and pins must be returned to receive a refund. The pins must be in their original packaging from when the order was received.

*For Returns outside of the United States the customer is responsible for the cost of and providing the return label. The customer can choose their desired carrier and ship their order to the below address: *

RETURNS/REFUNDS

If within 30 days of delivery you are not satisfied with your product you may return it for a full refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days from receiving the product. Product must be in re-sellable condition and must be accompanied by original packing slip. Please include the reason for your return in the return form. You can always contact us for any return question at support@lidshatdrop.com

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and use the return portal immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We do not refund shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
