HOW DO I GET MY ACCESS PASS PREMIUM DISCOUNT ON LIDS HD?

There are two ways to receive your Access Pass Premiums discount on Lids HD.

  1. Create a new account on Lids HD using the same email assigned to your Access Pass Premium Account, or
  2. Enter your email in the Contact Information section of the checkout process.

Both of these options will automatically apply your 20% Premium discount to all eligible items in your cart!

We do encourage all customers to create a LidsHD account. This will create the quickest checkout experience for future drops.

HOW DO I USE ACCESS PASS REWARDS ON LIDS HD?

At this time, Access Pass Rewards are not redeemable on Lids HD.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Our shipping costs a flat rate of $10 for standard ground shipping within the US.

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?

Yes, we do offer shipping to Canada. This option is through Passport Shipping, which determines the cost/rate of shipping, depending on location.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

The tracking information for your order will be sent via email once it has been fulfilled, packed, and shipped – typically within 2-3 days of the date the order was placed.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can submit a return for your order through our Returns Portal: LidsHatDrop Returns

Please be sure to read all the instructions for returning your order before submitting your return to ensure that the return will be processed successfully.

  • Make sure to only use our pre-paid return labels so we can track your order.
  • Returns are only allowed within 30 days of receiving the order
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Final sale merchandise is not eligible for return
  • For Returns outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for the cost of and creating the return label.

Note: Lids HD does not currently offer exchanges – only returns.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow our guidelines for returns:

Please confirm your items are eligible for return (Final sale merchandise is not eligible for return).

  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received your order. Returns sent after this time will not be honored.
  • Returns must include original packing slip or receipt with order number in shipment
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition and unworn.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.
  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.

If an item is returned after the 30-day window, Lids has the right to refuse the return and not refund the order, and to return the product to the customer.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS AT A LIDS STORE?

At this time, purchases on Lids HD cannot be returns in a Lids store. Please reference our Return Policy for more information.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders will ship within 2-3 business days after the time of purchase.

HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Our goal is to get your order to you as quick as possible – that means that the minute you place an order, that information is locked in & finalized in our system. Because of that, once your order has been placed, the order cannot be modified or cancelled. Once received, if you no longer want the item, you will need to return your order through our standard returns process.

HOW MANY HATS CAN I PURCHASE AT ONE TIME?

Lids HD does not have a limit to quantity per order at this time. This does mean that you can purchase as many hats as you want each drop, while supplies last – however, this can vary at times, depending on the exclusivity of some drops/products. For more details, please read through the Product Details of the item you are purchasing.

CAN I USE LIDS GIFT CARDS ON LIDS HD?

At this time, Lids gift cards CANNOT be used on Lids HD.

WILL MY LOGIN FOR LIDS.COM WORK ON LIDS HD?

Your login information for Lids.com will NOT work on Lids HD. For the best site experience, please create a new account on Lids HD before adding items to your cart. This will make the checkout process simpler and quicker.
